Within Australia
Where requested or otherwise offered as part of a promotion items will be shipped via Express Post when this means you will receive your purchase sooner. In certain circumstances we may elect to ship items as a standard parcel when this will mean sooner delivery (i.e. orders placed over the weekend to be shipped within S.E. Qld).
The Express Post Next Day guarantee is offered by Australia Post, and we can not give any assurance that Australia Post will fulfill this promise. The guarantee made by Australia Post is for next business day delivery only to within the Australia Post Express Post Network for items posted on a Monday to Friday. This means any orders received over the weekend will not be delivered until Tuesday at the earliest.
Orders must be received by 4:30pm AEST (5:30pm AEDT i.e. Daylight Saving Time) for same day dispatch.
International
International parcels are sent via Australia Post Airmail. Delivery is typically 3-10 business days to most locations. If you order more than 2 items then registered post will be used, and larger orders (above 2kg or typically >10 items) will be shipped with International Express Post or International Express Courier depending on the destination country
International Customers should also be aware that local import taxes may be payable on receipt of your purchase, and you as the importer will be liable to pay these fees.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your item for any reason it can be returned for an exchange or refund providing the item is returned to us within 7 days and is in its original condition; unworn, unlaundered and with hygienic stickers in place. If the item is a gift and can not be tried on within 7 days then an extended return period can be arranged by contacting customer care prior to the expiry of the standard return period, i.e. 7 days. We can not guarantee that alternative sizes in the same style will be available in stock and if we are sold out we may not be able to order anymore from our supplier.
You will be responsible for the cost of return postage. An exchange item will only be resent or a refund issued after we have received back the item being returned. The item will not be considered returned until it is received into our possession. For exchanges you should contact customer care to ensure the exchange item is available in the required size so it can be held for you. We also ask you to inlcude a copy of the invoice with the item being returned, and to include a note indicating what you would like to exchange it for. Refunds are issued using the same method that you used to pay us.
